The Identity Management /PKI engineer will perform tasks that include engineering, analysis, and deployment of Identity Management (IdAM) components as a system to enhance confidentiality and integrity of customer data exchange through digitally signed documents and email as well as encryption among customer users regardless of physical location. The scope of work will include engineering and deployment of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) systems across a Distributed Architecture in support of Intelligence Community (IC) or Department of Defense (DoD) customers. Job Qualifications: Successful candidates will: Possess an active Top Secret /SCI clearance, Have four to six years relevant experience in network and security engineering and in-depth, hands-on experience with Public Key Infrastructure and Identity Management. Must have effective technical verbal, and written communications skills. A background in Systems Engineering (SE) is desirable. Possession of CISSP certification is a plus.

Cyber Intelligence Analyst is a member of the Indications and Warning Section's Intelligence Analysis and Fusion Element (IAFE). The Cyber Intelligence Analyst is responsible for intelligence analysis (I.e., MINT, SIGNET, HUMMING, MASSING) or all-source analysis of intelligence data and internal and external products. Analyst is responsible for gathering and analyzing sensor, net flow, and system data as it pertains to the cyber security of IC communications networks and defense satellite systems. Analyst must posses the ability to establish cyber security, predictive analysis capability and have experience with providing Senior Leadership with intelligence briefings, Threat Analysis Reports, intelligence products and early indications and warning. Must also have the ability to learn and understand hacker/hacktivist group capabilities and methodology and their intensions to conduct Computer Network Exploitation (CNE) and Computer Network Attack (CNA) against IC communication systems and defense satellite. Familiarity with signatures, tactics, techniques and procedures associated with preparations for and executions/implementation of such attacks. Analyst must follow Intelligence Community and Department of Defense (DoD) procedures to provide sanitized products to those at lower clearance levels or to those with no clearance. Intel Analyst must be familiar with developing and refining Intelligence Requirements. Previous background experience as a cyber intelligence analyst is essential. Previous experience in working in an Operations Center environment is a plus. Candidate must have sufficient interpersonal skills to work in a highly dynamic multi-contractor environment. Candidate must have good communication skills and be able to proficiently facilitate meetings, conduct briefings and have technical writing abilities. Candidate should be familiar with a wide range of information technology, to include familiarity with MIS networks, software, client-server environments and collaboration technology. Candidate must currently have, or be capable of obtaining in a minimal amount of time, an SCI level clearance that would enable them to access Intelligence Community facilities and networks. A minimum of a one year long "moral commitment" required in order to ensure staffing stability. The analyst will be responsible for supporting and developing program and cost analysis in support of Program Objective Memorandum (POM) process, Milestone B activities, and various other acquisition board processes. In addition, support is needed to assist in facilitating the preparation of Intelligence Capabilities Baseline Descriptions (ICBD), documents which have to be updated periodically; directed Independent Cost Estimates (ICE), as well as, Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) Independent Life Cycle Cost Estimates (I-LCCEs). Finally, support is required in collecting and analyzing program actual cost, schedule, and technical drivers to develop, update, validate, and calibrate cost models. This is essential to ensure that the customer can fine tune their existing models and methodologies to accommodate changes in software development, acquisition practices, and procurement of Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) hardware and software. The support specified above, is needed to ensure the customer is able to provide timely and defendable program and cost analysis to support decision making.
