| Mr.
Willie Henderson |
| Mr.
Henderson founded Optimal Enterprise Solutions, Inc. in March of 2004.
He has created an environment where the best engineers can flourish and
reap rewards for hard work while develop- ing and delivering a top quality product to customers. Mr. Henderson is very well respected in the intelligence community and has received many accolades for his leadership and management. Prior to starting OES, Mr. Henderson worked with several top defense companies and as a vice president managed a staff of over 300 engineers. His responsibilities included business develop- ment and managing engineering contracts for a variety of DoD customers. |

| Ms.
Carolyn D. Wood Vice President and Chief Financial Officer |
| Ms. Wood has nearly 20 years of experience as an executive working for several international associations. She also spent three years on Capitol Hill as a congressional staffer at the United States Senate. Ms. Wood has managed budgets for organizations with resources exceeding millions of dollars and has handled all contracting and security. She has managed classified government conferences around the world and worked extensively with top government agencies and defense corporations. |

| Mr. David A. Downer Vice President and COO |
| Mr. Downer is a business executive with a successful track record of leading, growing, and operating business units in small and large corporate environments. He possesses a comprehensive technical and management experience base with a broad range of IT, aerospace, DOD, and intelligence community programs and customers. Prior to joining OES, Mr. Downer was with General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems. As Director, Mission Engineering and Integration Group, he was responsible for overseeing an Intelligence Community systems engineering and integration services portfolio of $100M in annual sales. He was instrumental in growing existing business in new and adjacent markets to customers in the intelligence community, homeland security, and federal/civil agencies. Additional career highlights include being recognized by the Veridian Board of Directors as the 1999 Veridian Leadership Award Winner, Veridian’s highest honor. |

| Mr.
Lawrence J. Shorten Vice President |
| Mr. Shorten has worked in Information Technology for over 12 years. His experience runs from network engineering (CCNA Certification), LAN operations and maintenance, to large systems engineering and acquisition programs for the Air Force and Intelligence Community. Mr. Shorten’s areas of expertise include systems engineering and integration, acqui-sitions (Program Element Manager), program management, information assurance (CISSP candidate) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (Foundations Certificate). Mr. Shorten spent six years as a Communications Officer in the US Air Force and holds an MSEE and MBA. |
